Infomation

Please come on in our cozy B&B.　For your journeys、this is an ideal place to stay because of the welcome manner of Japanese. Also, it is nicely facilitated. This B&B is located relatively in short distance for Tokyo and Narita airport. Of cause, gusts can enjoy the city of Funabashi too. There are some historical and modern spots to visit near by this inn.
The breakfast will be very rich and traditional Japanese, some of the dishes are referenced to the cocking in 19th century.

B&B

This cozy and small B&B is for limited number of two groups/6persons a night. The breakfast is served in the lounge with the garden view, please spend easy/elegant time there. A guest room is in traditional Japanese style, and another is twin beds room. Which is more preferable for you?

Rooms

Twilight：Japanese room connected with a small tea ceremony room.
The 8tatami mats room connected with a 3tatami mats tea ceremony room. The main room has a small garden view with a stone lantern and a washbowl which are placed in order of traditional tea-ceremony manner. Please enjoy the garden view of seasons from both of the room and the terrace.
Guests can get on the terrace facing the garden. An ashtray will be on the terrace for the guest smokers.
For sleeping, traditional futon“beds in Japanese style” will be prepared. A person’s futon“beds in Japanese style” will be prepared in the 3tatami mats tea ceremony room in the case of 4 guests use. The lavatory and the bath room may be sheared with other guests, all of them and a toilet are on the same floor. A TV, a refrigerator, a closet and a security box will be in the room for our guests.
An electrical-teapot and packs of coffee, tea and green tea are prepared for the guests.
Muken：Twin beds room named “Quiet” in Japanese The twin beds room is accessed by an elevator and is located on subbasement. The room is named “Quiet” because of its location. The room is character of a half Japanese and a half of modern western style. The elevator hall is a library use. There are a lavatory and a toilet with the room, but a bath room on the ground floor may be sheared with other guests.
A TV set, a refrigerator, a closet and a security box will be in the guest room.
An electrical-teapot and packs of coffee, tea and green tea are prepared for the guests.

Breakfast

The lounge/dinning room with small garden view is for the breakfast. It will be rich and traditional Japanese. The main fish dish will be served with other side dishes. Some of them are referenced to the cooking of the Edo-era in 19th century, and they are Japanese sole food. Naturally in Japanese costume, the breakfast will be served with bowls of steamed rice, soup, and pickles too. Dinner would not be served, but some kind of drinks and light meals can be available by guest request in advance.

Facility

Both of the gust rooms are facilitated by an air-condition system, a refrigerators, a closet space and a security box. The gust room ”Muken” has an floor-heating system, too.
Yukata ’Japanese room wear’ a bath towel and a hair dryer will be prepared to all of the guest’s use. In addition, amenity goods will be served, a face-towel, a tooth brash, a shaver, a hair-blush, a body-towel, a shower-cap and soap for each guest. The yukata, bath-towel, hair-dryer and other equipments are belonged to the inn.
Smoking is prohibited in the building. Some outside places are designated for it. Wi-fi is available in the building.

　　

LOCATION

This B&B is located near by the old downtown of Funabashi. The closest station of Higashifunabashi “east Funabashi” on JR Sobu line is 7minuts on foot. The other stations are Funabashi on JR Sobu line, Daijinnguushita and Keibajyoumae on Keisei line. It will be take about 30 minutes to Akihabara and anther 5 minutes to Tokyo station.
The closest inter-change Hanawa exit on Keiyo freeway is located in about 5 minutes distance by an automobile. It will take 25minutes to the B&B from Hakozaki inter-change in center of Tokyo. This is ideal place to stay and to go to the central areas of Tokyo, Makuhari&Chiba area, Narita airport and Tokyo Disneyland.
It is about 5 minutes distance on foot from this B&B to the old downtown of Funabashi. Funabashi shrine, Funabashi Marketplace, Funabashi port and Rara-port may be taken for a morning/evening walk.
